How many people does the space hold?
Our venue holds up to 96 people with standing room only. If your are utilizing 60" round tables, 60 guests will sit comfortably. You have the option of adding cocktail table and using our lounge section which will make an event with tables comfortable for a maximum of 75 guests. When planning your guest count, be sure to take into account items such as floor wrapping, large scale bars, DJ booths, large backdrops or other items that can reduce your space for guests.
What's included with my rental cost?
Your rental cost includes an additional 2 hours of set up time and 1 hour of breakdown, (60) black ghost chairs, (6) 60" round tables, (2) 8 foot rectangle tables, (4) 6 foot rectangle tables, (4) high top cocktail tables. These items are provided to you at no additional charge if you wish to utilize them.
Can I book hours outside of the times you have listed?
We have structured our rental times so that we provide our clients with ample set up and break down time as well as time for management to do an additional cleaning prior to the next client's event. However, if you would like to book the entire day so that you are able to extend your event we welcome you to do so.
What items are needed to secure my booking?
After submitting your booking online, you will receive an invoice. In order to finalize your booking you must pay 50% deposit, $250 refundable deposit, and submit your signed contract. If the 3 items mentioned are not received within 7 calendar days of your booking, your deposit will be returned (if applicable) and booking cancelled.
Do you allow hookah?
No. Uplifted Events has a very strict no smoking policy for all smoking types including vapes due to the soot, film and residue that these items leave behind. If clients or their guests are found to engage in smoking inside the premises it is grounds to lose the entire $250 damage deposit.
Do you provide decorations?
Although decor is not included with your rental costs, we have an on site florist and decorator who can range from assisting you with your event to providing full production services. Decor can include table setting, candles, floral, balloons, draping, lighting, backdrops, floor wrapping etc. However, these services cannot be booked online and clients must complete an inquiry form to begin the process of receiving a quote.
